Cooking

step-0
First you need to make yoghurt. I used this yeast TM "Oursson". Pour over boiling water capacity to prepare and pour a powder-sourdough from a portion of the bag.
step-1
Add the room temperature milk and mix well (about 1-2 minutes).
step-2
Boil water and pour boiling water to the yogurt maker-thermos, pour the water. Again, fill the thermos up to that mark and put a container of milk. Wrap a towel and leave for 10-12 hours. Then place in the refrigerator and after 4 hours the yogurt is ready!
step-3
Pork cut into serving-size pieces
step-4
fry in vegetable oil
step-5
until it will turn brown.
step-6
Onion cut into plates and
step-7
add in the fried meat. Fry everything together a little more and
step-8
pour water (it takes me a glass, but it all depends on the width of the pan) to cover the meat and simmer until soft (approximately 15-20 minutes).
step-9
Hot pepper cut into small cubes (best with gloves) and
step-10
add to the meat along with the yogurt.
step-11
Stir and simmer for another 10-15 minutes. Pepper.
step-12
Add the tomato paste,
step-13
stir and season with salt to taste. Simmer for another 5-10 minutes.
step-14
In the finished dish add the crushed garlic and chopped dill. Be sure to give the dish to infuse.
step-15
Bon appetit!
