Cooking
Pork cut into large cubes. Salt, Pepper and add 30 ml. of olive oil. Mix well.
Cut potatoes in large slices. Salt, pepper. Add the thyme and rosemary, 2 chopped garlic cloves and 30 ml. of olive oil. Mix well.
Bake the potatoes on parchment paper at 180 degrees until cooked.
Fry pork in frying pan until pink. Reduce the flame and pour 250 ml of beer. When the liquid evaporated, add the remaining beer and tormented until the moment when the meat starts to fry.
