Meat in French sauce
Tasty and tender meat with potatoes under a cheese crust. Is perfect for the holiday table for the hot and the lunch for a big family.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    700 g

  • Potatoes

    6 pc

  • Bow white

    3 pc

  • Milk

    700 ml

  • Butter

    1 tbsp

  • Flour

    3 tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Nutmeg

    1 pinch

  • Chicken egg

    3 pc

  • Cheese

    150 g

Meat to discourage, salt, add spices to taste. Potatoes to cut across. Onion rings

Form for baking grease with oil, put potatoes. Season with salt and pepper.

In cold milk add the butter, salt, pepper, nutmeg. Says my aunt, without nutmeg, it's not Béchamel!

Once the butter melts, add the flour, stirring constantly. Once the sauce thickens, remove from heat. Add raw eggs and grated cheese.

Evenly pour the sauce all over the dish. Put in a preheated 180 degree oven for 40 minutes.
