Fish cake with a spicy filling
I propose another version of fish cake stuffed with shrimp, tomatoes and olives! Very tasty, very quick, very simple!

Ingredients

  • Fish

    600 g

  • Tomato

    2 pc

  • Olives

    0.5 can

  • Shrimp

    1 can

  • Chicken egg

    3 pc

  • Oat flakes

    0.5 glass

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Butter

Cooking

From fillet to make the stuffing, tomatoes cut into cubes, olives – rings, shrimp chop. Add the eggs, knead well all.

Cereal grind.

Minced fish mixed with cereal, salt and pepper, mix well.

The resulting mass is spread in a buttered cake pan. Preheat the oven to 180°, bake 40 minutes.
