Medallions of pork in a pistachio breading
Juicy pork in a pistachio breading with corn and carrots will be a worthy dish of the holiday table!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    600 g

  • Soy sauce

    3 tbsp

  • Honey

    2 tbsp

  • Peppers red hot chilli

    1 pinch

  • Olive oil

    2 tbsp

  • Corn

    2 pc

  • Carrots

    2 pc

  • Pistachios

    100 g

Cooking

Pork fillet cut into serving pieces.

Each piece of tie with cooking string.

Pistachios are finely minced, but not into flour.

Sauce: mix soy sauce with honey and a pinch of red hot pepper. If honey is thick, heat it in the microwave.

Marinate meat in sauce for 15-20 minutes. Roll each piece on both sides in the pistachios. Peel the carrot, I have a sort of "black carrot", corn cut into pieces.

Preheat the oven to 200 C With the Form greased with olive oil, spread the meat and vegetables, drizzle with the remaining olive oil. The vegetables and drizzle with the remaining sauce. Bake for 25 minutes.
