Rice casserole
Tender juicy casserole with a spicy cream sauce, easy and quick to prepare!

Ingredients

Half a Cup of rice, pour a glass of water, put on fire, bring to boil, reduce fire and cook until tender 10-12 min.

Onion cut into half rings and fry in vegetable oil until Golden brown

Bacon cut into small dice

Pork cut into cubes

Mince pork, rice, onion

Add bacon, eggs, salt, pepper. Salt I added a bit because the bacon is salty enough

From the resulting mass formed cakes, inside put a piece (or ball) of mozzarella.

Shape the meatballs and put them in muffin cups. Put in oven preheated to 180 degrees for 30-35 minutes.

The sauce cooked quickly, so it will be prepared just before serving. Parmesan RUB on a small grater. Pour the cream into a saucepan, add the Parmesan and heated on a slow fire to melt cheese. The thickness of the sauce can be adjusted by the amount of cheese. The more cheese, the thicker the sauce. Ready casseroles spread on plates and pour the sauce!
