Ribs under unusual sauce
Taste gives the dish a delicious, interesting, flavorful sauce. What in it unusual? It impresses with a richness of taste: in it You will find both sweet and sour, salty and a touch, and plays a major role blueberries. This sauce is perfect for ribs. Thanks to him, they turn out tender, juicy and insanely delicious.

Ingredients

  • Pork ribs

    1 kg

  • Vegetable oil

    1 tsp

  • Ketchup

    3 tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    2 tbsp

  • Balsamic

    1 tbsp

  • Jam

    1 tsp

  • Ginger

    0.5 tsp

  • Cumin

    0.5 tsp

  • Black pepper

    0.25 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    0.5 tsp

  • Cinnamon

    0.25 tsp

  • Chili

  • Sugar

    1 tbsp

Squeeze the juice from the blueberries and Apple. Since I don't have a juicer, do the following: in the microwave softened the apples and berries (at maximum power for 3-4 minutes), give to cool slightly, and then squeezed the juice out using cheesecloth.

To the juice add the soy sauce, balsamic vinegar, black currant jam and spice (sugar, ginger, cumin, black pepper and chili, cinnamon and paprika) and mix well.

Onions and garlic peel and put in blender, add tomato ketchup and grind to puree state.

Add to the blueberry juice with spices, mix thoroughly. Our sauce is ready. Ribs wash and cut into chunks (1 edge in each piece). Add marinade, mix well so the sauce covers every edge. Put in a cool place at least 1-2 hours. Large baking sheet to grease with vegetable oil, put the ribs and cover with foil.

Cook in a preheated 210 degree oven for 30 minutes. Then remove foil, excessive meat juice to drain off and cook for another 40-60 minutes (depending on the size of the ribs). Every 15 minutes the ribs to grease sauce.
