Here are our main ingredients

Pour into hot pan with vegetable oil, put in the garlic, thyme and the actual meat. Fry until brown, thus we would seal all the juices.

Put the meat on a baking tray, put there our roasted garlic and thyme, pour a little water, cover with foil and bake it in the oven for about 30 minutes.

Meanwhile, cut the onion and carrots. 2 onions to the meat and 2 in the sauce. Meat onions and carrots cut about the same size, and for the sauce finely chop.

Since I didn't have fresh mushrooms, I used these mushrooms. Because of their small size I decided not to cut.

First, fry mushrooms, then add the onions. All this fry until Golden brown.

Take out the meat from the oven, remove the foil, BE CAREFUL because IT is VERY HOT! You can now season with salt and pepper. Add to the meat the carrots first because it prepares the longer the onions, cover the pan with foil and again sent in the oven for another 30-40 minutes.
