Buckwheat patties with vegetable sauce
A great dish for dinner! After trying again, will come back to it again and again!

Ingredients

  • Salt

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Tomato juice

    2 glass

  • Vegetable oil

    2 tbsp

  • Zucchini

    0.3 kg

  • Chicken egg

    1 pc

  • Onion

    1 pc

  • Carrots

    2 pc

  • Minced meat

    0.4 kg

  • Buckwheat

    0.5 glass

Cooking

Buckwheat to sort, wash, dry and fry in hot skillet 5 minutes. Pour the buckwheat in a saucepan 1 Cup boiling water and cook until tender. Cool and skip the buckwheat through a meat grinder, mix with minced meat, egg.

Form of minced meat small cutlets and fry them on both sides for 4-5 minutes. To put the dumplings on a baking sheet.

Peel the onion, cut into cubes. Carrots and zucchini to wipe through a grater or cut into thin strips. Onion put in pan with preheated oil and fry 5 minutes, add the carrots, zucchini and simmer for another 6 minutes on medium heat.

Tomato juice to pour to the vegetables, add salt, sugar. To move and warm up for 2 minutes.

Pour sauce and bake in the oven at 180 gr., 20 minutes.

Allow to settle, at least for 10 minutes. All the sauce will soak into the patties, and is amazingly delicious.
