Cooking
Pork cut into cubes. Salt, pepper.
My artichokes were frozen. If you cook with fresh, then they need to be cleaned and rubbed with lemon so they do not darkened. Chop them into 4 pieces.
Potatoes cut into large chunks. If the potatoes are young, it can not be cleaned. Also if the potatoes are small, you can leave it whole, but cut through with a knife.
In a frying pan with olive oil put the meat and fry it on high heat.
Add the potatoes and artichokes. Stir. Fry.
