Meatballs with pepper
Tasty, tender chops with pepper. Serve with your favourite side dish, fresh vegetables, unsweetened yoghurt or sour cream.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Onion

    1 pc

  • Pepper green

    6 pc

  • Bread crumbs

    6 tbsp

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika sweet

  • Salt

  • Flour

  • Vegetable oil

  • Pasta

    1 tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 pc

Cooking

Pepper to clear of seeds, grind in a blender. You can very finely chop by hand.

Add the breadcrumbs, mix well.

Then add the beef, shabby grated onion, egg, paprika, black pepper and salt.

Mix well. The stuffing to put in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes.

To get the mince out of the fridge and stick oval patties.

Patties roll in flour and fry in hot oil on both sides.

Mix the paste in a glass of water, pour over chops and send in the oven for 15-20 minutes (200 degrees).
