Pork medallions with a sauce of leeks and prunes
On Saturday I read the recipe for "Scallops in a creamy garlic marinade to" cook-cook lelika and inspired. Thanks to the mastermind behind the idea of the recipe "pork Medallions".

Ingredients

  • Pork

    800 g

  • Prunes

    50 g

  • Leeks

    1 pc

  • Sour cream

    2 tbsp

  • Salt

  • Sugar

  • Bay leaf

    1 pc

  • Mustard

    4 tsp

  • Olive oil

    4 tsp

  • Honey

    2 tsp

  • Lemon juice

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    0.5 tsp

  • Spices

  • Vegetable oil

  • Water

Make the spice mixture: black pepper, ground paprika, spicy red pepper, white pepper, allspice, marjoram, coriander powder – 1 tsp

Meat cut into medallions, but not completely. Lubricated with a mixture of spices.

Make the marinade: mix both mustard, honey, lemon juice, olive oil and soy sauce.

Pour on the pork fillet and leave for a day in the fridge to marinate.

Make a sauce. To do this, cut into rings leeks, prunes, pitted soak for a few minutes.

A pan with a thick bottom greased with vegetable oil and fry the onion, sugar and salt to taste when onions are slightly roasted, add sour cream, which added a few drops of soy sauce with vinegar (I have one, brought from China, perhaps you can replace the others, the recipe was invented).

Add to browned onions, pour in a little water and put a Bay leaf, close the pan and simmer 7-10 minutes on low heat.

Put in a sleeve for baking and put in the grill for 50 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees.
