Cooking
To prepare the products.
Boil the rice, cool. Finely chop the greens. Onions finely chop or grind in a blender. Add in the mince and spices and prepared ingredients. Stir well. The quinces cut into slices. The cabbage to separate the leaves (whatever you like). I'm a little boiled in water and then removed from the head.
The meat is laid on the cabbage leaf and turn the envelope. Put in a deep saucepan alternately with slices of quince. Add a little beef broth on medium heat for 30-40 minutes. (If preparing in ware the Zepter or IGOOK, broth are to be added, after 5 minutes, the juice is produced by myself).
The finished dish has a nice aroma of quince.
