Pork sauce with walnuts
Before the weekend we had to clear the fridge.. But what to cook? That piece, also a handful.. Decided to experiment.. And here is what came of it

Ingredients

  • Pork

    700 g

  • Sauce

    2 tbsp

  • Onion

    1 pc

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Pepper

    1 pc

  • The mixture of peppers

    0.5 tsp

  • Sour cream

    200 g

  • Flour

    1 tbsp

  • Walnuts

    0.5 glass

Cooking

Pork cut into pieces.

To the pork add the ground paprika, mix peppers, Narsharab (if the sauce is too thick, dilute with a small amount of boiled water). Mix well and leave to marinate for 2 hours at room temperature.

Chop the onion and bell pepper (arbitrarily)

The meat in the marinade and fry on a dry pan.

To the meat add pepper. Cover with lid, stew for 5 minutes.

To the pan add the onion. Mix well, cover and simmer 20 minutes, stirring occasionally.

On a separate pan fry the flour until Golden brown.

To the flour add sour cream diluted with boiled water (1:1).

A little pepper sauce.

Add crushed walnuts. Simmer the sauce for 5 minutes.

To the meat add the prepared sauce, season with a little salt. Stew under the lid for 20 minutes.
