Braised pork in Apple sauce
Tender pork with Apple taste.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Leeks

    1 pc

  • The Apium graveolens Dulce

    2 pc

  • Ginger

    1 tbsp

  • Broth

    0.75 glass

  • Sauce fruit

    300 g

  • Sage

    1 tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 tbsp

Pork cut into strips. Heat oil in a pan and fry the meat until brown. Ready meat shift in the pot.

While fried meat, cut vegetables: leeks-half rings, celery sticks, finely chop the ginger. All fry until soft, add the broth and Apple sauce, mix well - this is a sauce for meat.

Here's Apple sauce. You can make this sauce themselves. Apple (large) grate on a grater + Apple juice. The sauce should be like thick cream. All of this and add to vegetables.

Ready applesauce pour the pork, add salt, pepper and sage, simmer 10-15 minutes. BON APPETIT!
