Pork in a creamy mushroom sauce

Ingredients

  • Pork

    300 g

  • Vegetable oil

    10 g

  • Salt

  • Pepper white

  • Mushrooms

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 pc

  • Dry white wine

    1 glass

  • Cream

    150 ml

  • Cheese

    50 g

Wash the meat and dry. From a piece of pork cut into portions with a thickness of 3-4 see Meat beat. The meat a little sprinkle with salt, pepper

In skillet, heat butter (or a mixture of butter and sunflower oil) and put pieces of pork.

To prepare creamy mushroom sauce: Mushrooms to sort, wash, dry and small cut. Onions clear and finely chop. Grate cheese on a grater. On a heated with oil pan fry onions ~2 minutes. Add the mushrooms and cook, stirring, ~4-5 minutes.

Then pour in the wine, bring to the boil and simmer for 2-3 minutes until the alcohol evaporates. In the pan put the cheese and stir until cheese melts.

Pour the cream and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, for ~3-4 minutes, until the sauce is smooth.

Sauce season with salt and pepper. Cooked meat on a platter and pour creamy mushroom sauce. For a side dish you can serve boiled cauliflower or broccoli. BON APPETIT!
