Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Millet

    3 tbsp

  • Cheese

    100 g

  • Onion

    1 pc

  • Green onions

    1 bunch

  • Greens

    1 bunch

  • Tomato paste

    4 tbsp

  • Sour cream

    2 tbsp

  • Khmeli-suneli

  • Black pepper

  • Salt

  • Water

    200 ml

  • Cabbage

    1 pc

I used millet TM Mistral.

To the mince add the washed millet, hops suneli, black pepper, salt, chopped parsley and onion, finely chopped onions. Carefully vymeshivayut.

In a softened cabbage leaf, spread the stuffing, the stuffing imprint a piece of cheese.

Wrap the stuffed cabbage, so do all the stuffing and cabbage leaves.

Put cabbage rolls in slow cooker (in my case). Don't pour a lot of water and set the mode control, the temperature of 120 degrees for 40 minutes.

Make a sauce. Mix sour cream, tomato paste, salt, Khmeli-suneli, water.

After 20 minutes from the start of cooking, pour sauce into the bowl multivarki.
