Steak with spicy honey pumpkin
We all know that pumpkin is very useful, but unfortunately it is very underrated... but it is not only delicious porridge, cooking opportunities unlimited of pumpkins and pastries, and casseroles, etc., and today I want to suggest a simple, but very tasty, maybe even delicious dish for the second... you can use any Meat and beef, pork and chicken, according to your desire...

Ingredients

  • Pork

    400 g

  • Pumpkin

    250 g

  • Honey

    1 tsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 tbsp

  • Soy sauce

    1 tbsp

  • Chili

    1 pc

  • Thyme

    0.5 tsp

  • Walnuts

    1 handful

  • Blue cheese

    50 g

  • Sauce

    1 tsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 tsp

  • Garlic

    1 clove

In a bowl mix Worcestershire sauce, paprika, black pepper. Add soy sauce "Kikkoman", stir

Coat chops with mixture and leave for 30 minutes.

Garlic and chilli chop

Pumpkin cut into small cubes

On a heated pan pour vegetable oil and fry the chili-garlic for 15-20 seconds

Add pumpkin, simmer, stirring over medium heat until soft, you can and under the lid but make sure that the pumpkin has turned to mush.

Add thyme, freshly ground black pepper and pour soy sauce "Kikkoman", stir and keep on heat for 1-2 minutes.
