Cooking
Meat wash, dry cloth and cut into serving pieces across the grain plate with a thickness of 1-1,5 see
To repel from two sides.
In a bowl beat the egg (during cooking I added 1 more egg).
Cut the greens and add to the eggs.
Grate cheese and add to eggs and greens. Add spices. Lightly beat.
Chops, pepper, salt and drop in the egg mixture. Dip on both sides.
To breaded chops in breadcrumbs.
In a pan heat vegetable oil and fry the chops on medium heat until Golden brown.
Delicious steak in the section.
