Pork tenderloin on the grill
We used to roast over the coals of the barbecue pork, often using pork neck. And today I propose to fully roast pork tenderloin. This is a very delicate meat, so it is prepared quickly. And it has one big advantage - there is almost no fat, so this dish can in good conscience be attributed to healthy eating! And tasty))).

Ingredients

  • Pork

    500 g

  • Soy sauce

    4 tbsp

  • Vinegar

    1 tbsp

  • Olive oil

    2 tbsp

  • Garlic

    2 clove

  • Dry white wine

    50 ml

  • Ginger

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Sesame oil

    1 tsp

  • Chili

    1 pc

  • Lemon

    1 pc

  • Pineapple

    1 pc

  • Cherry tomatoes

    10 pc

  • Broccoli

    100 g

  • Greens

Prepare the products. you see in the pictures. Forgot to put the pineapple. and celery with seaweed wakame here. because I'm in the process decided to replace the garnish.

Prepare the marinade by mixing all the products that I wrote. Ginger and garlic are pre-RUB on a small grater.

Pour the meat marinade and put it in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour. And best of all at night.

Outdoors start a fire in the grill.

When the wood is burned and the coals flecked gray ashes, we fry our meat. The coals should be very hot. Fry better on the outdoor grill to make it easier to flip the meat and sear it on all sides. I then took off the upper grille. Ready meat is convenient to look with a thick side. When the middle ceases to be pink, you can remove the meat.

Pineapple cut into thin, but large cusickii fry it on the grill. The meat is a wonderful side dish!!! Put a couple of cherry tomatoes and a little broccoli. Decorate with fresh greens. Bon appetit!!!
