May holidays - the season of picnics. I offer You another recipe of juicy pork ribs with a salad of olives.

Cooking
Prepare ingredients for marinade. This marinade can be used for marinating beef and pork, the meat is tasty and juicy.
Kiwi crush into a puree. Green onions and chili pepper slice. The ginger and crush the garlic. Mix soy sauce, olive oil (better sesame of course), honey and rice vinegar (can be Apple or wine).
Ribs to marinate (turning occasionally), I have enough of 2 hours, maximum 5, as Kivi works very well in the marinade.
Fry the ribs on the grill until done, periodically lubricating the marinade.
You can pre-make a salad, it is perfectly stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container for two days. Olives cut in half if large into four parts. Bell pepper cubes.
Tomatoes cleaned of seeds and peel, cut.
Chop the onion and garlic.
Heat the olive oil and fry the onion with garlic.
Add tomatoes, olives, Bulgarian pepper.
Add the sliced Basil leaves.
Pour to taste salad sauce with onions from Kikkoman. Stir to heat for 1 minute. Serve hot or chilled.
