Pork loin with cranberry sauce
The meat with the cranberry sauce! What could be better for a Sunday lunch with family and friends. Do not deny yourself the pleasure, savour delicious dish.

Ingredients

  • Meat

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 pc

  • Rosemary

    2 pc

  • Sauce

    200 g

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

  • Olive oil

    6 tbsp

  • Broth

    0.5 glass

  • Semi-sweet red wine

    0.5 glass

Cooking

In a cast iron skillet, heat the oil. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees.

Meat wash water. To remove all plenochki.

The meat is fried over medium heat on all sides. Approximately about a minute each side. After roasting pan with the meat cover with foil and place in preheated oven for 45 minutes.

Leave to simmer until the sauce thickens. But not achieve a perfect thickness because after cooling the sauce thickens even more.

Prepared meat remove from oven. Allow to cool to 35-40 degrees.

Cut into portions.

From top to pour the sauce. Serve with mashed potatoes.
