Pork baked with mushrooms and pears
The flavor combination of pears, meat and mushrooms makes a kind of unusual taste to this dish.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1.5 kg

  • Onion

    1 pc

  • Carrots

    1 pc

  • Pear

    3 pc

  • Mayonnaise

    150 g

  • Red onion

  • Potatoes

  • Mushrooms

    300 g

  • Olive oil

    30 ml

Cooking

Take a piece of pork. RUB salt and pepper on all sides.

Fry in olive oil until brown.

Fry the onion, carrot and mushrooms added to the pan to the meat.

There also add sliced pears, in my case was pears Duchesse. And all this beauty put in a preheated 180-190 degrees oven for about an hour.
