Cooking
Take a piece of pork. RUB salt and pepper on all sides.
Fry in olive oil until brown.
Fry the onion, carrot and mushrooms added to the pan to the meat.
There also add sliced pears, in my case was pears Duchesse. And all this beauty put in a preheated 180-190 degrees oven for about an hour.
On the side, wrap in foil large potatoes and put them in the oven.
For the sauce to the potatoes in the mayonnaise, add finely chopped red onion.
