Rolls of pork
Rolls of pork with cheese, bacon and herbs, braised in white wine. Notes of the wine gives the meat a unique flavor and taste.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1.5 kg

  • Cheese

    300 g

  • Fat

    200 g

  • Dill

  • Sweet white wine

    200 ml

  • Water

    50 ml

  • Flour

    2 tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

  • Salt

  • The mixture of peppers

Cooking

Tenderloin cut into medallions, cheese and bacon cut into cubes (about 6cm at 3mm), and chop the dill (I have frozen).

Medallions repel, salt, pepper mixture of peppers. Place a layer of dill and wedges of cheese and bacon.

Tightly roll up wraps and secure with toothpick or cooking string.

Fry in a hot pan with a drop of vegetable oil.

In the same pan to prepare a sauce from flour, wine and water. Once it boils, immediately remove from heat.

In a deep pan with thick walls firmly put the rolls and pour the sauce. Simmer on slow heat for 25min, not cover.
