Cooking
Prepare all foods.
Cut the meat into slices, grate the zest, peel and press the garlic.
Put the pork in a pan with a thick bottom, pour the beer, add the garlic and a teaspoon of coffee.
Simmer on low heat for 30-40 minutes. Then add orange zest, salt, pepper and leave to stew for another 10-15 minutes.
As a side dish will be rice or mashed potatoes.
