Pork chops
Want to quickly prepare a hearty dinner? There is nothing easier! Buy at the butcher shop pork neck – not frozen, of course. Slice it how, whisk well and cook for health! Even just in the pan, even on the grill pan. If there is no time to compose a side dish, you'll be fine. Well, if time allows, prepare the way I suggest. For garnish I took two types of rice – wild and regular round. In addition, the pork chops are very well combined with toasted brown to caramel onions.

Ingredients

  • Pork neck

    1.5 kg

  • Onion

    4 pc

  • Olive oil

    3 tbsp

  • Vegetable oil

    2 tbsp

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Here's a neck I had.

Cut the meat into slices the thickness of 1-1,5 see

Every piece cover with plastic wrap well to repel.

Fold the meat in a glass bowl, season with salt and pepper, brush with olive oil and let stand in the refrigerator for at least half an hour.

Meanwhile, chop the onion half-rings.

In vegetable oil fry onions until brown, season with a little salt.

Preheat well a griddle pan. On a dry pan fry the chops.

Approximately 4 minutes on each side.

Chops from pork neck ready. Serve with a side dish of pre-boiled rice and a cap of fried onions. Bon appetit!
