  • Pork neck

    900 g

  • Orange juice

    150 ml

  • Orange zest

  • Honey

    1 tbsp

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Soy sauce

    4 tbsp

  • Salt

  • Mustard seeds

    1 tbsp

Cut the meat into steaks of 150 gr each.

Make a marinade. Mix soy sauce, French mustard (beans), mustard, Russian, honey, if you want you can add orange zest - then the meat will be bright with citrus flavor! But not too much, because of the large number of peel can taste bitter!!! Everything is good in moderation!
