Meat harmonica with pineapple and carrots
Baked meat, a very delicate taste. Did the new year as the main dish.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    800 g

  • Carrots

    1 pc

  • Pineapple

    0.5 can

  • Mayonnaise

    3 tbsp

  • Mustard

    3 tbsp

  • Seasoning

Cut the meat into accordion, RUB with salt and pepper. Carrots cut into slices. Stuff meat carrots and slices of pineapple.

Mix mayonnaise, mustard and Basil. I added more juice from the canned pineapple. Pour the meat, sprinkle with oregano, cover with a lid and put under load overnight in the refrigerator.

Pass the meat on the foil. The remaining marinade to baste the lamb. Completely cover meat with foil and send in the oven at 200 degrees for an hour.
