Brisket braised in PU-erh
Continue to translate and try recipes with Chinese food site. Today I cooked a very delicious brisket, stewed in tea.

Ingredients

  • Brisket

    500 g

  • Green tea

    10 g

  • Sugar

    30 g

  • Ginger

    20 g

  • Salt

  • Vegetable oil

In a pot pour water, throw in the brisket, bring to a boil and remove the brisket from the broth

In a pan heat the oil and pour the sugar

Bring the caramel to reddish-brown

Put in pan with bacon and stir well to caramel coated meat

If the pans are small, then pass the meat in the saucepan if, like me, have deep, directly in the pan pour tea. Add the chopped ginger.

Leaf tie in cheesecloth and place in a frying pan (or saucepan). Simmer on low heat for 60 minutes. Add salt and simmer for another 20 minutes.
