Pork tenderloin with figs
Juicy flavorful pork and an unusual thick spicy sweet (but not cloying) sauce. It is very tasty. We recommend you to prepare!

Ingredients

  • Pork

    700 g

  • Onion

    1 pc

  • Cards

    130 g

  • Black tea

    1 glass

  • Cinnamon

  • Black pepper

Pork tenderloin (you can take and other meat) salt and pepper to taste, leave to marinate a bit.

Tenderloin to sear on all sides in a little vegetable oil.

Place the meat in a baking dish. For cutting perfect metal cake pan.

Cut onion finely. Dates are free from bones, chop. Brew strong tea (I got spicy), if the normal tea, you can add a little cinnamon.

In the same pan fry the onions and dates, pour the tea, bring to a boil (the sauce will become quite thick).

Sauce to put on meat (and bottom), close the form with foil and bake in the oven at 180 degrees for about an hour.

Ready meat cut into slices and serve with sauce that you can leave pieces or punch blender (if necessary add a little liquid).
