1. Apples clear from the skin and pass through the juicer. Pork and carrots cut into cubes, onion – small cubes, garlic and rosemary leaves finely chopped cauliflower and broccoli disassemble on inflorescences.
3. Fry in oil on medium heat for 5 minutes, add the mustard and sour cream and pour Apple juice.
4. Reduce the heat and simmer while preparing the other vegetables.
5. Sauté onion in vegetable oil until transparent. Add the carrots and rosemary and cook, stirring occasionally, 5 minutes.
6. Add garlic and heat another minute.
8. Put onions and carrots and garlic and rosemary to the pan to the pork, stir.
