Description
Turns out flavorful meat baked with apples with the milk and soy sauce. The recipe resembles a French dish, as Julien. This recipe can be prepared in one large baking dish and portioned for each family member or friend. Convenient to take along on nature for a hearty snack waiting for the main dishes to the picnic))

Cooking
Carrots grate on a coarse grater, onion finely chopped. Carrots and onions saute for 3 minutes in vegetable oil. Parsley finely chop.
The meat boiled in salted water and cut into small pieces.
Season with salt and pepper and stir.
We now proceed to the cooking of the sauce. Milk pour into a saucepan and bring to a boil.
Dissolve the flour in 3 tbsp milk and pour into the pan. Stir until thick (the consistency of pudding).
Apple peel, cut into pieces and put on the bottom of the molds for baking.
Fill the mold with the meat.
Cover with the sauce (1 tbsp per mold).
Sprinkle cheese on top grated on a fine grater for a Golden crust.
Put the ramekins in the preheated oven and bake until tender (20-30 minutes). Let cool slightly and decorate with pastry syringe tomato paste.
