Roulade of pork with a surprise
Alternative to store-bought sausage, meatloaf. It will suit for celebration of New year and Christmas. I suggest you to try pork roll, combined with the prunes and Apple.

Ingredients

  • Pork

    650 g

  • Prunes

    8 pc

  • Apple

    1 pc

  • Gelatin

    20 g

  • Flour

    2 tbsp

  • Chicken egg

    1 pc

  • Parsley

    2 tbsp

  • Garlic

    4 clove

  • Sweet white wine

    4 tbsp

  • Lemon juice

  • Coriander

    1 tbsp

  • Cumin

    1 tbsp

  • Salt

Pork cut into small square pieces, season with salt.

Chop the prunes and Apple straws.

In the meat, add the gelatin, parsley (I had frozen) and chopped garlic. Mix well.

Add the flour, egg, semi-sweet wine, lemon juice, spices. Stir and leave the meat for 30 minutes.

After the meat has absorbed all the taste of spices, lemon, wine, begin to form the roll. A portion of the meat decompose in the sleeve for baking, evenly distribute the prunes and the Apple.

Apples, spread remaining meat. Thus, the forming roll.

Tightly fasten the roll sleeve. We put our rolls in the oven for 50 minutes at t 200 degrees. Before the roll feeding, it is advisable to hold it in the fridge to cut better
