Medallions with onions
I bake and bake. My man once said a word about what would like simple roasted meats. But I can't just fry the meat, so got this here lunch. Even my son ate (6 years)

Ingredients

  • Pork

    1 pc

  • Bacon

    10 pc

  • Spices

    5 g

  • Onion

    2 pc

  • Sugar

    1 tbsp

  • Butter

    50 g

  • Vegetable oil

    50 g

Cut the tenderloin into slices

Cut the bacon extra so that it is exactly covered meat - so it will be easier to fry the bacon was at the height of the meat. Wrap the meat in bacon

Pepper. I salt already in the pan, just a little bit because the bacon is salty.

In the same pan melt the butter, the sugar, stir to dissolve sugar, then sliced onion half rings, fry for 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally. Then put it on a napkin for 3 minutes, to glass excess. Onions will be soft, but not mush. And the taste is sweet. Very unusual and delicious. BUT not for everybody!

Serve. You can make a side dish, but my boys just ate with sauce "sweet chili"
