Baked mashed potatoes with paprika and sour cream
Original and tasty variation to the usual potato mash.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Garlic

    1 clove

  • Parsley

    1 bunch

  • Tarragon

    2 sprig

  • Cream

    2 tbsp

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Sour cream

    2 tbsp

  • Paprika sweet

    1 pinch

  • Yolk egg

    2 pc

  • Cinnamon

    1 pinch

  • Salt

Potatoes wash, peel, boil in salted water. The greens and finely chop the garlic

Crush the potatoes into a puree, stir in butter, cream and sour cream. Add the paprika, cinnamon, parsley, garlic. Stir in the egg yolks.

Put mashed potatoes in a baking dish and put in preheated 180 degree oven for 20 - 30 minutes.

Serve with greens as a separate dish or as a side dish to meat or fish.
