Potatoes and beer sauce
Potatoes turns out very tender, soft, Golden and incredibly delicious! Crisp and funky smell! And in a Duo with herring had a wonderful dinner!

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    1 kg

  • Onion

    2 pc

  • Sour cream

    1 glass

  • Beer

    1 glass

  • Dutch cheese

    150 g

  • Salt

  • Greens

  • Garlic

Cooking

Potatoes cleaned and cut into thin slices.

Onions are also cleaned and cut into thin half-rings.

The baking dish thoroughly grease with vegetable oil and spread layers of potatoes and onions.

Now for the cooking of the sauce. In a bowl grate on a coarse grater most of the cheese (I used a little Dutch and a little Adyghe)

To the cheese add the Cup of sour cream and a glass of beer. All mix well.

Add to the sauce a couple cloves of crushed garlic, salt and pepper (the Male part of our family likes to go for the gusto, so I added a possibly more pepper). All stir again.

Pour the sauce over the potatoes and onions, top with grated cheese crumble. Sent bake for 45-60 minutes (depending on your oven) at 200*C. the Willingness of potatoes check with a toothpick. When ready lay out our food portions on plates. To garnish, I cut circles a herring and sprinkled it with green onions. The whole family is very appreciated, I hope you like it! Bon appetit!!
