Homemade hamburger with cutlet
The secret of the taste of this incredibly juicy Burger simple combination of ingredients. Recipe meatballs for our taste were the most-and now we are preparing the only way. Hearty and delicious, but probably not for those who are on a diet! :)

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    1 kg

  • Chicken egg

    2 pc

  • Bread crumbs

    10 tbsp

  • Oregano

    1 tsp

  • Basil

    1 tsp

  • Cumin

    1 pinch

  • Salt

    1 tsp

  • Black pepper

    1 tsp

  • Olive oil

  • Mayonnaise

    200 ml

  • Garlic

    4 clove

  • Roll

    12 pc

  • Lettuce

    1 pkg

  • Tomato

    4 pc

  • Red onion

    3 pc

  • Soft cheese

    12 pc

  • Pineapple

    12 pc

  • Sauce

  • Ketchup

Prepare the necessary ingredients.

To herbs (oregano, Basil, black pepper and cumin) gave the maximum taste and aroma they should pre-soak in olukoga oil. Let stand 10-15 minutes.

Won't waste time and prepare toppings for the Burger. Cut tomato rings, onion half-rings. What would the flavors not eroded and vegetables are dried, is to cover them in frying cutlets.

Continue through the list: 5. 1-2 leaves of iceberg lettuce 6. 1-2 slices tomato 7. A little red onion +sauce for a Burger (and garlic)* *At this stage you can add any sauce to taste, we had purchased a mango sauce, which is very walked to the hamburger 8.
