Kupaty with mushrooms
Sausage of pork and beef with the addition of mushrooms and onions. ( if desired, meat can be taken away ).

Ingredients

  • Pork

    3 kg

  • Beef

    2.5 kg

  • Mushrooms

    400 g

  • Onion

    1 kg

  • Salt

    3 tbsp

Cooking

Meat, mushrooms, onion grind in a meat grinder.

Lay alternately the meat, onion, meat, mushrooms.

I used pork casings for sausages. Prepare the shell for this pre-soak it in warm water for half an hour.
