Mashed potatoes with egg

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    500 g

  • Milk

    100 ml

  • Butter

    4 tbsp

  • Water

  • Green onions

  • Chicken egg

    1 pc

  • Turmeric

    1 pinch

  • Salt

Potato peel, wash, cut into 4 pieces.

Pour hot tap water to shorten cooking time. Cook on medium heat until cooked potatoes.

When the potatoes reached until tender, drain off water. In a glass pour the milk and put it into the microwave for 2 minutes to boil. Boiled milk and butter added to the pot with the potatoes. I always make mashed potatoes with a mixer only, this way it gives a very gentle, airy and homogeneous (as a cream). This method eliminates the presence of lumps in the mashed potatoes.

Then enter a raw egg and salt and just mix everything with a mixer.

For color add turmeric and onions for flavor. Give your onion a light scent that gives the taste of mashed potatoes.
