Cooking
Boil the potatoes in their skins until about half done. I have this procedure done in the microwave (about 7-8 minutes at full power, adding to the capacity of 3 tablespoons of water).
Cool and peel the potatoes. Grate on a coarse grater. In the resulting mass add the chopped onion, egg, starch, salt, pepper and all carefully knead.
In a deep saucepan or pan, heat the oil. To form the potato mass small cakes and roll them in flour. In the middle of each tortilla put some cheese.
Roll into sausages, roll them again in flour, and sesame.
Fry until Golden in plenty of oil. Served with sour cream.
