Tender croissants with tomato-cream sauce
I suggest to try the croissants stuffed with meat and flavor the sauce. This recipe is suitable as a main hot dish, and meals (if served chilled). The croissants are perfect for a family dinner, as well as hot dishes on the holiday table.

Ingredients

  • The dough is flaky unleavened

    250 g

  • Minced meat

    200 g

  • Spinach

    70 g

  • Onion

    1 pc

  • Garlic

    1 clove

  • Black pepper

  • Paprika sweet

  • Soy sauce

    1 tbsp

  • Salt

  • Butter

    30 g

  • Flour

    1 tbsp

  • Milk

    400 ml

  • Soy sauce

    2 tbsp

  • Tomato paste

    1 tbsp

  • Cheese

    70 g

Chicken and ground beef to combine, knead until smooth. Onion and garlic chop the pulp using a blender and add to the mince, add soy sauce, season with pepper and paprika, knead well until smooth. Add salt if necessary and knead again stuffing.
