Description
American meatballs "meatballs" is similar to our meatballs, but cook them differently. Meat balls baked, not boiled or stewed, as in Russia. In America, midbelly appeared thanks to the Italian immigrants: it was a new interpretation of the classic Bolognese sauce, but with meat balls instead of just roasted meat.

Cooking
Prepare your ingredients. Bow canopy finely chop or grind in a blender. Avocado peel, cut into cubes with a width of 1-1,5 cm and sprinkle with lemon juice.
In a large bowl mix all ingredients for the balls (except the avocado and vegetable oils).
Of one tablespoon of mincemeat to make the cake, in the center put a piece of avocado and form into a ball. Ready balls to put on a baking tray, grease with vegetable oil and bake in a preheated oven at 200 degrees for 30 minutes.
In a saucepan, mix all the ingredients for the sauce. Over medium heat, stirring constantly bring to a boil. Reduce heat and cook for another 10 minutes until the sauce thickens.
Add balls to sauce, mix gently and cook, stirring occasionally, for 2-3 minutes.
