Meatballs with buckwheat tomato sauce with a surprise
Very tasty meatballs, inside which is a surprise.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    500 g

  • Mushrooms

  • Chicken egg

    2 pc

  • Buckwheat

    100 g

  • Banana

    1 pc

  • Green onions

    4 pc

  • Parsley

  • Dill

    1 bunch

  • Vinegar

  • Broth

    100 ml

  • Ketchup

    150 g

  • Cheese

    50 g

  • Garlic

    2 clove

  • Spices

  • Salt

1. Boil the buckwheat, let cool and mix to the mince. Beat eggs and add spices.

2. Finely chop green onion, parsley, dill.

3. Mash with a fork banana.

4. Add in minced greens, banana, squeezing all the garlic and mix well

5. Boil the mushrooms, remove mushrooms with a slotted spoon, and in the remaining mushroom broth, add two cubes of frozen broth (who doesn't have broth in the freezer, you can add the dice from the store).

6. Of minced meat formed patties and hide inside fungus (fungi can marinate it, then it will be even better, but the taste and color...)

7. Roll into balls and put in a baking dish.

8. In a deep dish, combine a little balsamic vinegar, broth, ketchup. Add the spices to taste. Should get the consistency of yogurt or a bit thicker.

9. Pour the sauce over the meatballs in the shape so that each meatball has received his portion. Lightly sprinkle the meatballs with the grated cheese.
