Stewed cabbage with meat and tomatoes
I offer a simple recipe of cabbage, stewed with mincemeat and tomatoes. It turns out very tasty and most importantly fast.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    400 г

  • Cabbage

    500 г

  • Carrots

    1 шт

  • Onion

    1 шт

  • Tomato

    4 шт

  • Salt

  • Allspice

  • Spices

Shred cabbage and boil in slightly salted water for 10 minutes.

Finely chop the onion, carrot grate on a coarse grater.

Fry the onions, add the carrots. Fry for about 5 minutes. Add the beef and fry.

Tomatoes to be peeled and crushed, to obtain a paste.

To minced meat put the tomatoes, salt, pepper, add spices and fry for 10-15 minutes.

The water from the cabbage to drain and add to the mince. Stir, reduce the heat, cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes. If necessary, you can add a little bit of water.
