Mayonnaise

Cooking
Cooked and fried with two sides of the stacked cakes in a deep pan or skillet. Put the sliced carrots.
Mix sour cream with mayonnaise, add a little water and salt. The resulting mixture should be thick yogurt. Fill the patties with the carrots. Cover with a lid and simmer on a slow fire until cooked carrots.
When the carrots are ready - remove from heat. Give 10-15 minutes to infuse and ... Bon APPETIT!
