Pork tenderloin in creamy mustard sauce
For those who are not afraid to cook meat with fruit. In this recipe the Apple, which turns out very tasty and I don't even know what meat tastes better in this sauce or apples in the meat. I recommend to try, hope you enjoy!

Ingredients

  • Olive oil

    4 tbsp

  • Pork

    0.5 kg

  • Onion

    1 pc

  • Apple

    2 pc

  • Butter

    1 tbsp

  • Sugar

    1 tsp

  • Broth

  • Dry white wine

    100 ml

  • Sour cream

    100 ml

  • Mustard

    1 tsp

  • Greens

    1 tbsp

  • Lemon juice

  • Salt

  • Black pepper

Cooking

Olive oil to fry the pork, cut it in slices with a thickness of 2 cm, until Golden brown. Season with salt and pepper. Place on a plate.

In the same pan add butter and fry the onion, finely chopped.

The court put the apples, cut into wedges, sprinkle them with lemon juice and simmer on low heat for about 5 min. Lower the heat, add the sugar and cook for another 3 minutes.

Pour in wine, bring to a boil. Add the broth and put the sauce on the pork. Simmer without a lid until cooked meat. Put sour cream, mustard 1ch. L. or a little more greens (1/2 tbsp dill and 1/2 tbsp parsley) season to taste and warm up.
