Potatoes on the grill
Amazingly tender and juicy potatoes. Appearance and taste at altitude. Perfect for any holiday table and will be there highlight of the program.

Ingredients

  • Potatoes

    7 pc

  • Soy sauce

    3 tbsp

  • Basil

  • Salt

  • Turmeric

  • Seasoning

  • Mesh fat

    1 pc

Potatoes thoroughly wash, cut into slices not thicker than 1 cm. Add all spices, salt, soy sauce. Stir and remove to marinate for 1 hour.

Then spread on a Board fat mesh, potatoes strung on a skewer and wrap the whole thing. Wrap the mesh potato you need 2 or 3 layers.

I got 3 such that the skewer.

Fry the Yam in hot coals, turning occasionally until tender.
