Pork medallions with cheese hat
Tender, juicy medallions of pork prepared very quickly, and the taste or slightly inferior to the restaurant dish.

Ingredients

  • Minced meat

    400 g

  • Onion

    2 pc

  • Bread

    1 slice

  • Milk

  • Tomato

    2 pc

  • Dutch cheese

    100 g

  • Salt

  • Mayonnaise

  • Allspice

  • Seasoning

400-500 grams of minced pork put in a bowl

Finely chop the onion (I like it finely chopped onions, so juicy), add to the mince

White bread soaked in hot milk and add to the mince. Don't forget to season with salt and pepper and add spices to taste. Mix well.

Fry the medallions on a medium heat for 7-10 minutes on each side, with not a lot of butter.

Slice the tomatoes in circles and put on medallions.
