Cooking
Cook millet in salted water (I cooked in the steamer). Allow to cool to room temperature
Carrots grate on a coarse grater, onion finely chop and fry in vegetable oil
In the cooled wheat, add onions and carrot, egg and mix well
Meat cut in small pieces and chop it well. Season with salt, add favorite spices
Lubricate each slice with mayonnaise and put the stuffing
Fold rolls and chopping with a toothpick (I have them over, used skewers). Spread on a greased baking sheet
Bake at 190 degrees for about 15 minutes until just brown. Flip. Then reduce the temperature to 180 and cook for another about 30 minutes until tender. Bon appetit!
