Portions of meat, baked with fried mushrooms with onions and potatoes.

Cooking
Meat pepper and salt, fry in vegetable oil on both sides until Golden brown and put on the laid baking paper, baking sheet.
Mushrooms boil in salted water for 10 minutes and fry with onion until cooked
Put fried with onions mushrooms for meat
Mushrooms on top lay slices of tomatoes, a little salt and pepper.
Potatoes cut into slices, mix with sour cream, green onions, chopped garlic, salt and pepper and spread on top of tomatoes. Bake in the oven for 50-60 minutes. 10 minutes cooked sprinkle the dish with grated cheese. Serve with fresh vegetables.
